The Radha Name Android app provides a devotional Radha Name counting and progress tool.

The current version of the Android app:

  • Does not require you to provide your name or email address to use the counter.
  • Stores counter progress and related preferences locally on your Android device.
  • Does not intentionally transmit your Radha Name counter history to our servers.
  • Does not provide cloud synchronization of your Radha Name counter data.
  • Does not require access to your contacts.
  • Does not require access to your camera.
  • Does not require access to your microphone.
  • Does not require access to your device location.
  • Does not require access to your SMS or call logs.
  • Does not intentionally collect personal information for the basic counting functionality.
  • May display advertisements through third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.
  • May process certain device, advertising, interaction, diagnostic, and network information through the advertising SDK as described in this Privacy Policy.

The Android app may also use Android notification functionality for optional daily reminders and vibration/haptic functionality where enabled by the user.

On-device processing

Radha Name counter information that remains solely on your device and is not transmitted to our servers is not maintained by us as server-side account data.

Your locally stored chanting counts and progress are used to provide the app’s counting and progress functionality.

This does not mean that the Android app or third-party SDKs never process information. Third-party advertising services may independently process certain information required for advertising, measurement, security, analytics, and fraud prevention as described in this Privacy Policy.

5. Android App Data Retention and Deletion

Counter information stored locally by the Android app generally remains on your device until it is removed.

You may remove locally stored counter information by:

  • Using the app’s reset functionality where applicable
  • Clearing the app’s storage or data through Android settings
  • Uninstalling the app
  • Using other Android device controls that remove the app’s locally stored data

Because the current Android app does not transmit your Radha Name counter history to our servers, we do not maintain a server-side copy of your counter history.

Information processed by third-party advertising providers is subject to those providers’ applicable retention policies and practices.

We do not intentionally combine your Radha Name chanting history with advertising identifiers to create a personal devotional or chanting profile.

However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The current Radha Name website and Android app do not require users to create accounts.

Because the current Android app does not provide account creation, it does not maintain a server-side user account or account profile requiring an account-deletion mechanism.

Locally stored Android counter information can be removed by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app, as described in Section 5.

If we introduce account creation in the future, we will provide an appropriate account deletion mechanism and update this Privacy Policy and our Google Play disclosures accordingly.
